Abstract

1968 yılında 29 yerli ve yabancı marul çeşidi ile bir tanıtım denemesi yapıldı. Bu denemelerden en iyi çeşitler No. 13-30-33 ve 47 oldu. Seçim özellikle en iyi büyüme, en iyi baş oluşturma ve homojenliğe göre yapıldı. 1969 yılında yerel tip No. 56 kontrol çeşidi olarak kullanıldı ve 1968 kazananları ile bir çeşit denemesi kuruldu (Latin Kare). No: 47 premier Great Lakes, çok yoğun bir kalbe sahip en iyi baş oluşturma marulu olarak görünmektedir. Yaz marulu hakkındaki sonucumuz, No: 47 ve 33'ün bu alan için en uygun olduğudur. No: 33: Grosse Blonde Pressure'da böyle kapalı bir baş yoktur. Tohum üretimi yapılmalı ve iki seçimle yayım başlatılmalıdır.

Lettuce Variety Trials for Summer Season

Abstract

In 1968 an introduction trial was made with 29 local and foreign lettuce varieties. Out of this trial the best varieties were No. 13-30-33 and 47. Selection was especially done on the best growth, best head forming and homogeneity. In 1969 the local type No. 56 was used as control variety and with the 1968 winners a variety trial was set up (Latin Square). No: 47 premier Great Lakes appear as being the best head forming lettuce with a very dens heart. Our conclusion on summer lettuce is that those No: 47 and 33 are the most suitable for this area. No: 33: Grosse Blonde Pressure has not such a closed head. Seed production should be made and extension should start with the two selections.
