Elma Anaçlarının Odun Çeliği ile Üretilmesi

Abstract

MM 104, MM 106 ve MM III çelikleri ile Yalova Bahçe Kültürleri Araştırma İstasyonu'nda sert ağaç çelikleri ile çoğaltma denemeleri yapılmıştır. Sıfır (IBA) daldırma derinliği ve 2,5 cm daldırma derinliği yaklaşık aynı köklenme yüzdesini vermiştir. 2,5 cm (IBA) daldırma derinliğinde kök sayısı (çelik başına) daha iyi bulunmuştur. Denemeler boyunca taban sıcaklığı yaklaşık 20-21°C'de tutulmuştur. Çelikler 4 hafta sonra çoğaltma tezgahında bekletilmiştir.

Propagation Trials by Hardwood Cuttings of Apples

Abstract

Propagation trials by hardwood cutting with MM 104, MM 106, MM III were performed at Yalova Horticultural Research. Station. Zero (IBA) dipping depth and 2,5 cm dipping depth gave about the same rooting percent. Number of roots (per cutting) was better with 2,5 cm (IBA) dipping depth. Basal temperature was kept about 20-21°C during the trials. Cuttings were held in the Propagation bench at 4 weeks.
