Amasya Elmasında Periyodisite ile Bazı İçsel Büyümeyi Düzenleyici Maddeler Arasında İlişkiler Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Öz

Bu araştırmada periyodisite ile GA ve ABA benzeri maddeler arasındaki ilişkiler araştırılmıştır. Periyodisite yılında Amasya elmasından alınan yaprak örneklerinde haziran ayından eylül ayma kadar GA benzeri uyarıcılar önemli düzeylerde bir etkinlik gösterirken ABA benzeri engelleyicilerin önemli bir etkinliği görülmemiştir. Eylül ve Ekim aylamda ise ABA etkinliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Verimli yılda ise ABA benzeri engelleyiciler tüm gelişme periyodu boyunca etkin olurken GA benzeri uyarıcıların etkinliği sadece düşük düzeylerde Temmuz, Ağustos ve Ekim aylamda görülmüştür.

Investigations on the Relationships Between Alternation and Some Endogenous Growth Regulators in the Apple Variety Amasya

Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between alternation and GA-ABA-like substance activity. The leaves of the apple variety Amasya exhibited very high gibberellic-like substance activity from June to September in the alternation year. However, no abcisic-like substance activity was detected during these periods. However, abcisic-like substance activity was evident in September and October. In the yield year, the leaves showed very clear and strong ABA-like substance activity throughout the entire growth period, whereas very low GA-like substance levels were observed only in July, August, and October.
