Marmara Bölgesinde Yetiştirilen Starking Delicious Elma Çeşidinin Besin Kapsamlarının Belirlenmesi Üzerinde Araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Starking Delicious elma çeşidinin beslenme sorunlarım ortaya koymak amacıyla ele alınmıştır. Bu amaç için bahçe sörveyi yöntemine göre Marmara Bölgesinde 18 farklı elma bahçesi seçilmiştir. Seçilen bahçelerden toprak ve yaprak örnekleri alınarak analizleri yapılmış; yıllık sürgün gelişmesi, kestirme yolu ile verim ve kullanılan gübrenin çeşit ve miktarları tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre topraklar teksttir ve pH bakımından elma yetiştiriciliğine elverişli olmakla birlikte organik madde ve kireç bakımından fakirdir. Yıldan yıla değişmekle birlikte yer yer azot ve fosfor ve büyük bir çoğunlukla kalsiyum noksanlığı saptanmıştır. Ünitelerin yaklaşık yarısında gizli demir ve bakır noksanlığı ile ender olarak Mn ve Zn noksanlıkları tespit edilmiştir.

The Nutrient Status of Starking Delicious Apple Grown in Marmara Region

Abstract

The survey was conducted for assessing the nutrient status of apple orchards in Marmara region. For this study 18 orchards were selected and leaf and soil samples were collected from these orchards. The results of soil and leaf analysis and observations in the orchards are as follows: The textures of soils are mostly suitable apple growing. The soil pH of the orchards is changing from weakly acid to weakly alkaline. Most units are very poor in Calcium Carbonate and poor in organic matter content. The available phosphorous and potassium contents of soils are generally sufficient. The magnesium and copper contents of the survey soils are at sufficient level. The Calcium, iron, Zinc and Manganese contents of survey soils are generally at sufficient level. But some units are at insufficient level for Calcium, iron, zinc and manganese. The phosphorous, potassium and magnesium of the leaf samples are at sufficient level. The Calcium content of leaf samples is generally at insufficient level. Some units are at insufficient level for iron.
