Göller Yöresi ve Karadeniz Bölgesinde Yetiştirilen Starking Delicious ve Amasya Elma Çeşitlerinin Besin Kapsamlarının Belirlenmesi Üzerinde Araştırmalar

Öz

Bu çalışma, Starking Delicious ve Amasya elma çeşitlerinin beslenme sorunlarını ortaya koymak amacıyla ele alınmış ve bahçe sörveyi yöntemine göre Göller Yöresinde 14, Karadeniz Bölgesinde 10 bahçe olmak üzere toplam 24 bahçe seçilmiştir. Seçilen bahçelerden toprak ve yaprak örnekleri alınarak analizleri yapılmış; yıllık sürgün gelişmesi, kestirme yolu ile verim ve gübre kullanma durumu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre Göller Yöresi toprakları tekstür bakımından elma yetiştiriciliğine genellik le elverişli olmakla birlikte pH, organik madde, kireç bakımından uygun değildir. Makro besin elementleri açısından genellikle yeterlidir. Yaprağın demir kapsamı yıldan yıla değişmekte olup, bazı ünitelerde gizli ve aşikâr demir noksanlığı saptanmıştır. Toprağın çinko kapsamı genellikle azdır ve bazı ünitelerde gizli ve aşikâr çinko noksanlığı tespit edilmiştir. Karadeniz Bölgesi toprakları tekstür, pH ve organik madde bakımından elma yetiştiriciliğine yeterince elverişli değildir. Kireç ve alınabilir besin maddelerince genellikle bir sorun yoktur. Starking Delicious yaprağının kalsiyum kapsamı genellikle yetersiz, Amasya elma yaprağının kalsiyum kapsamı yeterli bulunmuştur. Starking Delicious’da bazı yıllar gizli demir ve çinko noksanlığına rastlanmış olup, diğer mikro elementler açısından önemli bir sorunla karşılaşılmamıştır.

The Nutrient Status of Starking Delicious and Amasya Apples Grown in Lakes and Black Sea Regions

Abstract

The survey was conducted for assessing the nutrient status of apple orchards in Lakes and Black Sea District. For this study 14 orchards in Lakes District and 10 orchards in Black Sea District were selected and leaf and soil samples were collected form these orchards. The results of soil and leaf analysis and observations in the orchards are as follows; •Lakes District: The textures of soils are mostly suitable apple growing. The soil pH of the orchards is generally medium alkaline. Most units are very high in Calcium Carbonate and poor in organic matter content. The available macro element levels are generally sufficient. The iron content of leaf samples is changing from year to year and some units has shown iron deficiencies. The zinc content of soil is generally at insufficient level and zinc deficiencies put forward in some units. •Black Sea District: The textures of soil aren’t mostly suitable apple growing. The soil pH of the orchards is generally medium alkaline. The halves of units are very rich in Calcium carbonate and most units are poor in the content of organic matter. The available macronutrient contents of soil are generally at sufficient level. The calcium content of Starking Delicious apple is generally at insufficient, but the one of Amasya apple is at sufficient. The iron and zinc content of Starking Delicious leaf are at insufficient in some years.
