Cevizde Kontrollü Şartlarda Yapılan Değişik Aşı Uygulamaları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışma 1988 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümünde, kontrollü şartlarda cevizde aşı başarısını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. 20 Şubat 1988 tarihinde tüplenmiş J.regia L. anaçlarına Yalova-1, Yalova-4, Bilecik ve Şebin çeşitleri kullanılarak "dilcikli", "kabuk aşı" ile "yongalı T göz aşı" metotları uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra aşılar 27℃’de %90 nisbi nem altında 25 gün bırakılarak kallus oluşumu teşvik edilmiştir. Tüm bu uygulamalardan "dilcikli aşı" en başarılı metot (Yalova-1 ve Bilecik) olarak bulunurken "kabuk aşı" ve "yongalı T göz Aşısı" istenilen düzeyde olumlu sonuçlar vermemiştir.

A Research on Different Applications of Graftings and Budding on Walnuts Under Controlled Conditions

Abstract

This study was carried out to observe the rate of bud take and burst of walnut graftings and budding under controlled conditions in Uludağ University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture in 1988. "Whip", "slit bark graftings" and "shield budding" methods were applied by using cvs. Yalova-1, Yalova-4, Bilecik and Şebin on potted stocks (J.regia L.) on February 20. 1988. Then, they were kept to get callus formation at 27℃ and 90% relative humidity. Considering the cultivars, the best results for bud take were obtained "whip grafting" (66%, 32%, 68%, 50%) while "slit bark grafting" (30%, 8%, 10%, 20%) and "shield budding" (54%, 22%, 8%, 20%) were not found as useful methods. The percentages of bud burst were observed as 62%, 30%, 66%, 40% in "whip grafting" while they 30%, 6%, 6%, 20% in "slit bark grafting" and 50%, 20%, 4%, 20% in "shield budding".
