Ayçiçeği ve Mısır Saplarının Mantar Üretiminde Kullanılabilme İmkânlarının Araştırılması

Öz

Bu çalışmada ayçiçeği ve mısır saplarının mantar kompostu yapımında kullanılabilme olanakları araştırılmıştır. Denemeler Atatürk Bahçe Kültürleri Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü Mantar Üretim Tesisi deneme odalarında yürütülmüştür. Ayçiçeği ve mısır sapları buğday sapına üç değişik oranda (%10, %25 ve %50) karıştırılmıştır. Mısır sapının kullanıldığı karışımlarda verimin düşük olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ayçiçeği sapları kompost hazırlığında kullanılabilir nitelikte bulunmuş ve bu materyali içeren karışımlar içerisinde en yüksek verim bütün denemelerde %75 buğday sapı %25 ayçiçeği sapı karışımdan alınmıştır.

Research on the Possibilities of Using Sunflower and Maize Stems in Mushroom Production

Abstract

The possibilities of using sunflower and maize stem at Mushroom production were investigated in this study. These materials were added to wheat straw at three different rates (10%, 25% and 50%). Supplements of the inorganic nitrogen fertilizers were made in proportions which will be brought 2% as the nitrogen content of starting mixture. The mixtures which were prepared with maize stems gave poor yield generally. According to the results from the experiments it was concluded that sunflower stems can be used at mushroom compost preparation. Between the mixtures that concern sunflower stems, the highest yields were obtained from 75% wheat straw + 25% sunflower stems in all experiments. These materials were used this formula as follows: 750 kg wheal straw, 250 kg sunflower stems, 316 kg wheat bran, 70 kg sulphate of ammonia, 70 kg ground limestone, 50 kg gypsum.
