NAA’nın Nergis (Narcissus tazetta L.) Soğanlarında Twin-Scale Yöntemiyle Soğancık Oluşumu Üzerinde Etkileri

Abstract

Nergis (Narcissus tazetta L.) soğanlarında, "twin-scale" yöntemi ile soğancık üretimi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada inkübasyon süresi boyunca, Naftelen asetik asit (NAA)’in soğancık oluşumu (%), soğancık ağırlığı (g) ve boyu (cm) ile soğancık çapı (cm) üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, twin-scale’lere 0 (kontrol), 25, 50 ve 100 ppm NAA uygulaması yapılmış ve propagüller 13 hafta süre ile 18±1℃’de inkübe edilmiştir. NAA uygulaması ortalama soğancık oluşumu üzerinde olumlu bir etki yapmamış, en fazla soğancık oluşumu kontrolden elde edilmiştir. Ortalama soğancık çapı, kontrolde en büyük olarak bulunmuş, bunu sırasıyla 50 ve 25 ppm’lik NAA uygulamaları izlenmiştir. Ortalama soğancık boyu ve soğancık ağırlığı üzerine en iyi sonucu 50 ppm’lik NAA uygulaması yapmış, buna karşın 100 ppm NAA uygulaması en olumsuz sonuçlan vermiştir.

Effects of NAA on Bulblet Formation in Narcissus tazetta L. Bulbs Using the Twin-Scale Method

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of producing bulblets in Narcissus bulbs using twin-scale method, and the effects of Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) on bulblet formation (%), bulblet weight (g) and length (cm) and bulblet diameter (cm) were determined during the incubation period. The twin-scales were treated with 0 (Control), 25. 50 and 100 ppm of NAA and the propagates were incubated for 13 weeks at 18±1℃. NAA application did not have a positive effect on average bulblet formation (%), the highest bulblet diameter (cm) was found greatest in control and this was followed by 50 and 25 ppm NAA applications. The best result by average bulblet diameter (cm) and bulblet weight (g) was obtained from 50 ppm NAA application, whereas 100 ppm NAA application was determined to give the worst results.
