Seleksiyonla Elde Edilmiş Farklı Prunus domestica Çeliklerinin Köklenebilme Olanaklarının Araştırılması

Abstract

Jenerasyon süresinin uzun olması nedeniyle modern meyvecilikte ıslah edilmiş meyve çeşitlerinin kullanımı aşılamayla çoğaltma ve anaç kullanımı ile mümkün olmaktadır. Anaç üzerinde yapılan ıslah çalışmalarında doğadan seleksiyon yoluyla ıslah önemli yer tutar. Seleksiyon yoluyla yapılan ıslah çalışmalarında selekte edilen genotiplerin anaçlık özellikleri hakkında ilk ve en önemli gösterge köklenebilme ve vejetatif olarak çoğaltılabilme olanağıdır. Çalışmanın materyalini Kahramanmaraş ilinin farklı lokasyonlarında doğal olarak yetişen, seleksiyon yoluyla elde edilmiş 60 adet farklı Prunus domestica genotipleri, kontrol bitkisi olarak standart Pixy anacı oluşturmuştur. Çalışma, Doğu Akdeniz Geçit Kuşağı Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü’nde yürütülmüş, 3 tekerrürlü, her tekerrürde 10 adet çelik olacak şekilde kurulmuştur. Çalışma sonunda yatay şekilde köklenme ortamlarına alınan genotiplerin dikey şekilde köklenme ortamlarına alınanlara göre köklenme yüzdesi (%46,28), ortalama kök uzunluğu (28.95 mm.), sürgün sayısı (2.07 adet) ve sürgün uzunluğu (52.20 mm.) yüksek çıkmıştır. 59 no.lu genotip, köklenme yüzdesi (%91,16), ortalama kök uzunluğu (172.50 mm) ve ortalama sürgün uzunluğu (211.50 mm) ile en iyi köklenen genotip olmuştur.

Determination of Wood Cutting Rooting Rate of Selected Prunus domestica Genotypes

Abstract

Due to the long generation time, using of breed fruit varieties at the modern fruit growing make possible by use of rootstocks. As a breeding methods what selection from nature is the most important method on rootstock selection. Rootstock properties of the selected genotypes at breeding investigations is ability to take root and propagating from any vegetative section because these are the first and most important indicator. 60 different genotypes of Prunus Domestica which obtained different regions from Kahramanmaraş province and control plant Pixy rootstock were used in this study as material. The study was conducted in the East Mediterranean Cross Region Agricultural Research Institute and trial three replications, each replication was to come into being ten pieces of wood cutting. Percentage of rooting in the horizontally rooting methods higher than vertically rooting methods (% 46,28), the average root length (28.95 mm.), shoot number (2.07 units) and shoot length (52.20 mm .) was received end of this study. No. 59 genotype (rooting percentage (91.16%), the average root length (172.50 mm) and average shoot length (211.50 mm)) was the best rooting genotype as a rootstock.
