0900 Ziraat Kiraz Çeşidinde Dinlenmenin Kesilmesi Üzerine Yapılan Uygulamalar

Öz

0900 Ziraat kiraz çeşidinde soğuklama gereksiniminin karşılanamadığı yıllarda önemli sorunlarla karşılaşılmaktadır. Bu sorunlardan en önemlisi verim ve kalitenin azalmasıdır. Bu çalışma, dinlenmenin kesilmesi amacıyla 2011-2013 yıllarında Manisa ilinde 240 m rakımda yer alan, Gisela 6 anacı üzerine aşılı 4 yaşlı 0900 Ziraat kiraz ağaçlarında yürütülmüştür. Dinlenmeyi kesmek amacıyla Şubat ayında Erger (%6) + Active Erger (%16), Potasyum Nitrat (%8) ve kontrol olarak su uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonuçları soğuk birikiminin yetersiz olduğu 2012-2013 (453 soğuk birimi-819 saat) döneminde net bir şekilde ortaya çıkmıştır. Dinlenmenin kesilmesi ve meyve tutumunda en iyi sonuç Erger uygulamasından (%100 oranında) elde edilmiştir. KNO₃ uygulamasının dinlenmeyi kesme ve meyve tutumuna etkisi %65 oranında gerçekleşmiştir. Kontrolde ise, bu oran %53 olarak saptanmıştır. Erger uygulaması verimde kontrole göre %50 oranında artış sağlarken KNO3 uygulaması %7.3 oranında artış sağlamıştır. Erger uygulamasının renklenme üzerine de olumlu etkisinin olduğu saptanmıştır.

Applications on Dormancy Breaking on 0900 Ziraat Cherry Cultivar

Abstract

It is faced with serious problems in years when chilling requirements of 0900 Ziraat cherry cultivars are not satisfied. Decrease on yield and quality are one of the most important among these. This study conducted on 4 years old 0900 Ziraat cultivars grafted on Gisela 6 rootstock in 240 m altitude in Manisa province in the years of 2012 and 2013 in order to break dormancy. To rest breaking Erger (6%) + Active Erger (16%), Potassium Nitrate (8%) and water as control applied on February. Applications obviously resulted in 2012 and 2013 (453 CU–819 hours) when the chilling accumulation was not enough. Best results over dormancy breaking and fruit setting were observed in Erger application (100%). Effect of KNO₃ application over dormancy breaking and fruit setting was observed as 65 percent. This rate was determined as 53 percent in control. Erger application provided to increase yield as 50 percent while KNO3 is 7.3% compared to the control. It is also determined that Erger applications have positive effects over fruit coloration.
