Kayısı Çöğür Anaç Seçimi-1 (Erzincan Lokasyonu)

Öz

Bu projenin Erzincan lokasyonu, zerdali popülasyonunun yoğun olduğu Erzincan merkez, ilçe, belde ve köyleri ile Sivas, Suşehri ilçesi belde ve köylerinde, doğal olarak tohumdan çoğalmış popülasyon içerisinden anaçlık özelliği yüksek tipleri seçmek amacıyla 2007–2011 yılları arasında 3 aşamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Birinci aşamada, 2007-2009 yılları arasında, aynı arazi şartlarında bulunan zerdali ağaçları birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmak suretiyle, fenotipik özellikler esas alınarak anaçlık özellikleri uygun olabilecek tipler işaretlenmiştir. Seleksiyonda yüksek verim, küçük meyve, sağlıklı ağaç gelişimi, daha bodur, pürüzsüz gövde yapısı olan dikensiz ağaçlar seçilmiştir. İşaretlenen tipler içerisinde 2008 yılında 170, 2009’da 192, 2010 yılında ise 174 tipten meyve örnekleri alınmıştır. Çimlendirme aşamasında, bu tiplerin tohum ekimleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada kontrol olarak Hasanbey çeşidinin tohumları kullanılmıştır. Üç yıllık çimlendirme denemeleri sonunda 183 tip, tohum çimlenme oranları, çöğür çapı, çöğür çap üniformitesi, çöğür boyu, çöğür boy üniformitesi bakımından tartılı derecelendirmeye tabi tutularak değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda, tiplerin toplam puanları 400-793 arasında değişmiş, 18 tip en yüksek puanı alarak ön plana çıkmıştır. Üçüncü aşamada ise, ilk iki aşamada seçilen tiplerden tohumla çoğaltım sonucu elde edilecek çöğürler üzerine aşı yapılmış ve bu tiplerin Hasanbey çeşidi arasındaki anaç-çeşit özellikleri incelenmektedir. Ön plana çıkacak tiplere aşılı fidanlarla koleksiyon bahçesi kurulacak ve anaç-çeşit değerlendirme çalışmaları sonunda anaç tescili yapılacaktır.

Selection of Seedling Rootstock for Apricot-1 (Location of Erzincan)

Abstract

In 2007-2011 this project was conducted, to select apricots with high feature for rootstock and high ability within wild apricot population propagated naturally from seed in the centers, district, town, and villages of Erzincan province along with the centers, district, town, and villages and Suşehri district and its villages of Sivas province where apricot is intensely grown. The research has been planned as three stages. In the first stage, land surveys were carried out between 2007-2009 and types that can have appropriate features for rootstock based on phenotypic features were marked. In the study, trees without thorn with smooth trunk, high value of yield and small fruit, healthy tree development and more dwarfing, were selected to compare apricot trees in the same terrain with each other. Within the marked types, fruit samples from 170 types in 2008, 192 in 2009, and 174 in 2010 of were taken. In the second stage (germination), seeds from the types were sowed. In the research, the seeds of Hasanbey apricot variety as a control along with determined types were used. At the end of germination experiments for three years, 183 types were evalued by being subjected to weighted ranking method in terms of the rates of seed germination, seedling diameter, seedling diameter uniformity, seedling height, seedling height uniformity seedling height. In the result of the evaluations, the total scores of the types ranged from 400 to 793 and 18 of these came to the fore by taking the highest score. In the third phase, by being grafted on seedlings obtained as a result of propagation of seeds from types selected in the first two stages will be established collection garden and of bud and the rootstock evaluation studies will continue.
