Abstract

Today, all living things on earth can continue their life is closely linked with the nutrients they need for healthy and consume regularly. Every human below the limit of hunger in any corner of the world is keeping busy the people of richest countries with particular problems. Therefore; in the best way without a loss of food each produced with a labor provision is a human duty to provide the benefit of our elder planet live. In different regions and climates, different types and kinds of work in each phase of life with the living mechanisms of the state to keep food production over consumption, delivering lossless is a very important logistic services to the scene. Providing this service in the heat and humidity of the environment, product-specific conditions are possible with cold storage technology. In particular, “COLD STORAGE" has a very important role its ability to continuously consumed most quickly and accurately target to maintain the health of the food produced on behalf of human life. In this presentation; cold storage technical developments in our country world and in the world made explorations from the past to the future; monitoring technological developments and applications that need to be made and shall include the name of humanity and foresight on behalf of identified implementation, the presence of our country in particular cold storage facilities, local distribution, technical equipment and properties located in the detail, also made a comparison with other countries of advanced storage techniques.

Dünya ve Ülkemizdeki Soğuk Muhafaza Tesisleri, Nitelik ve Nicelikleri

Abstract

Bugün yeryüzünde tüm canlıların yaşamlarını devam ettirebilmeleri, gereksinim duydukları besin maddelerini sağlıklı ve düzenli olarak tüketmeleri ile yakından ilintilidir. Dünyanın herhangi bir köşesinde açlık sınırının altında yaşayan her insan, en zengin ülkenin insanını belli sorunları ile meşgul etmektedir. Bu nedenle; yaşlı gezegenimizde bir emek karşılığı üretilen her bir gıdanın zayi etmeden en doğru şekilde canlıların yararına sunmak bir insanlık görevidir. Farklı yöre ve iklimlerde, farklı tür ve çeşitlerle yaşamın her evresinde canlı mekanizmasını çalışır halde tutacak gıdaların, üretim yerinden tüketim mahalline kayıpsız ulaştırılması çok önemli bir lojistik hizmetidir. Bu hizmet içerisinde ortam ısı ve neminin ürüne özgü koşullarda sağlanması soğuk muhafaza tekniği ile olasıdır. Özellikle insanoğlunun yaşamını sağlıkla sürdürebilmesi adına üretilen gıdaların kesintisiz en hızlı ve doğru şekilde hedefte tüketilebilmesinde “SOĞUK MUHAFAZA “nın çok önemli bir rolü vardır. Bu tebliğde; dünya ve ülkemizdeki soğuk muhafaza tekniğindeki gelişmelerin geçmişten geleceğe bir irdelemesi yapılarak; insanlık adına yapılan ve yapılması gerekli teknolojik gelişme ve uygulamaların izlenmesi ve uygulamaya konulması adına saptanan öngörülere yer verilmekle birlikte; özellikle ülkemizdeki soğuk muhafaza tesislerinin varlığı, yöresel dağılımları, teknik ekipman ve özellikleri de ayrıntılı biçimde yer almakta, ayrıca da diğer ileri ülkelerin depolama teknikleri ile karşılaştırılması yapılmaktadır.
