Ordu İli Ulubey İlçesinde Yetişen Bazı Trabzon Hurması (Diospyros kaki L.) Tiplerinin Pomolojik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma Ordu ili Ulubey ilçesi ve çevresinde 42 farklı Trabzon hurması tipinde yürütülmüştür. Ülkemizde en fazla Akdeniz Bölgesinde yetiştirilen Trabzon hurmasının ılıman iklime sahip olan Ordu yöresindeki durumu ortaya konmak istenmiştir. Popülasyon içerisinde üstün özelliğe sahip olan tiplerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada meyvelerin; meyve ağırlığı, meyve çapı, meyve boyu, meyve hacmi, tohum sayısı, tohum ağırlığı, meyve tadı, et rengi, çikolatalılık durumu, suda çözünür kuru madde miktarı, pH, titre edilebilir asit gibi özellikleri incelenmiştir. Meyve çeşitlerinin ağırlığı 323.25-73.24 g, suda eriyebilir toplam kuru madde %20.00-10.00, pH 6.64-5.61, titre edilebilir asitlik %0.31-0.05 arasında bulunmuştur.

Pomological Characteristics of Persimmon (Diospyros kaki L.) Grown in Ulubey Province

Abstract

This study was conducted on 42 persimmon cultivars in Ulubey and its surroundings. It was intended to reveal the situation of persimmon in Ordu with subtropical climate which is produced at the most in Mediterranean Region. It was aimed to determine the types having superior characteristic in the population. Pomological characteristics (fruit weight, fruit size, total soluble solids, pH, titratable acidity, etc.) were determined on 42 types. The local persimmon cultivars were examined in terms of fruit weight, titratable acidity, soluble solids content and pH values and these properties were determined between 323.25-73.24 g, 0.31-0.05%, 20.00-10.0% and 6.64-5.61 respectively.
