İç Anadolu Bölgesinde Yetiştirilen Starking Delicious ve Amasya Elma Çeşidinin Besin Kapsamlarının Belirlenmesi Üzerinde Araştırmalar¹
Abstract
Bu çalışma Starking Delicious ve Amasya elma çeşitlerinin beslenme sorunlarını ortaya koymak amacıyla ele alınmış ve bahçe sürveyi yöntemine göre 10 bahçe seçilmiştir. Seçilen bahçelerden toprak ve yaprak örnekleri alınarak analizleri yapılmış, kestirme yolu ile verim ve gübre kullanma durumu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre İç Anadolu bölge toprakları tekstür bakımından elma yetiştiriciliğine elverişli olmakla birlikte pH, kireç ve organik madde bakımından uygun değildir. Topraklar makro ve mikro element miktarları bakımından genellikle yeterlidir. Gerek Starking ve gerekse Amasya elma yapraklarının azot kapsamları genellikle noksandır. Bazı ünitelerin kalsiyum, çinko ve bakır kapsamları gizli noksanlık seviyesinde bulunmaktadır. Bölgede gübrelemeye yeterince önem verilmemektedir.

Abstract
The Survey was conducted for assessing the nutrient status of apple orchards in Central Anatolia District. For this study 10 orchards were selected and leaf and soil samples were collected from these orchards. The results of soil and leaf analysis and observations in the orchards are as follows: The texture of soils is mostly suitable apple growing. The soil pH of the orchards is generally medium alkaline. The Calcium Carbonate content of soils is very high and the organic matter content of soils are generally low. The available macro and micro element contents of soils are generally at sufficient level. The nitrogen levels of Starking Delicious and Amasya leaves are generally at insufficient. The calcium, zinc and copper content of leaves in some units are not at sufficient.
