Turunçgiller Üzerinde Tek Düzen ve Örnekleme Araştırmaları

Abstract

Bu araştırmalar, turunçgiller konusunda yapılan çalışmalardan elde edilen verilerle yapılmıştır. Tek düzen araştırmaları için ele alınan veriler, üzerinde gübre denemesi yapılan Satsuma mandarini (C.unshiu Marc.), ağaçlarının 3 yıllık ön değerleri; örnekleme çalışmaları için ele alınan veriler Satsuma mandarini seleksiyon projesinin üç yıllık değerleri ile Yerli mandarin (C.deliciosa Tenore), Klemantin mandarini (C.reticulata Blanco), Red Bulush Altıntopu (C.paradisi Macf.), Washington Navel portakalı (C.sinensis Osbeck) ve Interdonato limonu (C.limon Burm f.) çeşitleri üzerinde yapılan pomolojik gözlemlerden elde edilen rakamsal değerlerdir. Metot olarak, değişme katsayısı (CV) ve iki ortalama arasındaki önemli farkın (d)’nin % değerleri sonuçların kıymetlendirilmesinde kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; mandarin ağaçlarında deneme yaşı başlangıcının 10 (on) yaş olması ve 6 ağaçlı bir parselde 5 yinelemeli bir deneme kurulması uygun bulunmuştur. Koruyucu ve yan sıraların verim üzerine etkisi bulunmamıştır. Örnekleme çalışmalarına konu olan mandarin, altıntop, portakal ve limon türlerine giren çeşitler üzerinde ele alınan pomolojik özelliklerin her biri için örnek sayıları saptanmıştır.

The Uniformity Trial and Sampling Number of Citrus Fruits

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine plot shape and sampling number on citrus experiments. The varieties used were Yerli (Cutris deliciosa Tenure), Clementine (Citrus reticulata Blanco), and Satsuma (Citrus unshiu Marcovitch) mandarins; Redblush grapefruit (Citrus paradisi Macfadyen), Interdonato lemon (Citrus limon (L.) Burm f.) and Washington navel orange (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck). The results were obtained from pomological observations at different localities and times. Percentage of Coefficient of Variation (CV) and differences of the two means (d) were used as methods of evaluation. To the results, the ages of trees to be used in experiments should be minimum 10 years or over. The experimental design containing 6 trees in the plot with 5 replications is suitable for the purposes. The tree border lines have no effects. Suitable numbers of fruits in each sampling characters for different varieties were also determined.
