Abstract

Bu çalışmada 30, 40 ve 50 günlük hasat periyotları dikkate alınarak yıllık ekonomik faaliyetler hesaplanmış ve en ekonomik hasat periyodunun 50 gün süreli olması gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır.

The Most Economical Picking Period in Mushroom Production

Abstract

Annual mushroom production, cost and net income of different period of 30, 40 and 50 days of picking were calculated. The highest yield was obtained in 30 days picking period. But the net income of this period was lower than the other periods according to unit cost. Annual lowest yield was obtained in 50 days picking period. But the net income per unit cost for the 50 days picking period was higher than the other periods. As a result, the most economical picking period appears to be 50 days.
