Abstract

Makalede, Batı Avrupa ülkelerine erken çilek ihracatındaki son trend kısaca açıklanmaktadır. Türkiye'nin kuzeyindeki çilek yetiştiricileri ile Güney'deki üreticiler arasında temas eksikliği nedeniyle üretim artışı durgunlaşmaktadır. Yalova Enstitüsü tarafından, üretim ve çoğaltmayı koordine eden bir program başlatılması vurgulanmaktadır. Kısa vadede tam başarı elde etmek için, sınırlı sayıdaki fideler nedeniyle programın tek bir üretim bölgesine yoğunlaştırılması gerekmektedir. Program 1970 yılında başarıyla uygulanabilirse, Mart/Nisan 1971'de istikrarlı bir erken çilek ihracatı beklenebilir.

The Early Strawberry Export to West European Countries Possibilities for Turkey

Abstract

In the article the recent trend of early Strawberry export to West-European countries is briefly described. Because of lack of contact between Strawberry propagation in the North of Turkey and growers in the South the expansion of the production is stagnating. It is emphasized to start a programme by the Yalova Institute, coordinating propagation and production. In order to be success full on short run, the programme must be concentrated on one production region due to the limited quantity runners. If the programme can be carried out success fully in 1970; a staid of early Strawberry export be expected in March/April 1971.
