Abstract

Yazar, son derece uzmanlaşmış taleplere sahip, yüksek sanayileşmiş ülkelerdeki ambalajlama durumunu anlatıyor. Bir örnek, tüm ürünlerin fabrikalarda, içeriğe en uygun ve kullanımdan sonra atılan tekil ambalaj malzemeleri kullanılarak paketlendiği süpermarketlerin gelişmesidir. Bu, çok sayıda ev hanımının profesyonel olarak çalışmasının sonuçlarından biridir. Türkiye'de yaşam koşulları farklıdır ve dolayısıyla ambalaj talepleri benzer bir yönde ancak yavaş yavaş gelişir. Ancak taze ve işlenmiş gıda ihracatına yönelik talepler önemlidir. Şimdilik daha karmaşık folyo kombinasyonları ithal edilmek zorunda kalınırken, kutu, cam, teneke levha, oluklu mukavva ve polietilen gibi ürünlerin kendi üretimini kurmak gerekiyordu. Maliyet ve kalite konusunda yeni iyileştirmelere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Aşağıdaki adımlar önerilmektedir: Ahşap kutular vb. ile OECD standartlarına bağlı kalınması, teneke levhalar ve camlar ve kartonlar için test normlarının oluşturulması. Yaygın olarak kullanılan yerlerde lake teneke levha kullanılması; özel bir teneke kutu üretim fabrikasının kurulmasının teşvik edilmesi; cam kalitesinin iyileştirilmesi (daha az kırılma). Çeşitli üretim hatlarının maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi. Kontrol merkezleri ve kalite normlarının getirilmesi. Bu sorunlarla uğraşan enstitülerin karmaşık temel araştırmalardan uzak durmaları, gelişmeleri yoğun bir şekilde izlemeleri ve ilerlemeyi benimsemeleri gerekmektedir.

The General Problems of Packaging of Turkiye

Abstract

The author describes the situation on packaging in the highly industrialized countries with their extremely specialized demands. One example is the development of supermarkets where all the articles are packed in factories using that individual packing material which suits best the content and which is always thrown away after use. This is one of the consequences of the fact that numerous housewives are professionally employed. In Turkey the living conditions are different and consequently the packaging demands develop only slowly into a similar direction. However, the demands for export of fresh and processed foodstuffs are important. Whilst more complicated combinations of foils should be imported for the time being it was necessary to establish own production of boxes, glass, tin plate. corrugated cartons. Polyethylene. New improvements on costs and quality are needed. The following steps are proposed: Stick on OECD standards with wooden boxes etc. establish test norms for tin plates and owns. glasses and cartons. Use lacquered tin plate where it is usual; encourage a specialized can making factory to be installed; improve glass quality (less breakages). try to lower costs of several production lines. introduce control centers and quality norms. Those institutes which are dealing with these problems should avoid complicated basic research but observe intensively the development and adopt progress.
