SAĞLIĞIMIZ İÇİN TIBBİ BİTKİLER ve BİTKİSEL İLAÇLAR

Abstract

İnsanların ilk ilaçları, yakın çevrelerindeki bitkilerin meyveleri, tohumları, çiçekleri, yaprakları, dalları ya da kökleri olmuştur. Deneme yanılma yoluyla hangi bitkinin hangi kısmının hangi hastalığa iyi geldiğini saptayan insanlar, bu bilgileri nesilden nesile aktararak “geleneksel tedavi kültürlerini” oluşturmuşlardır. Her bitki kendi yaşamını sürdürmek için kendi genetik özelliklerine göre farklı yapıda kimyasal maddeler üretir. Tamamlayıcı ve destekleyici tedavi olarak Dünya Sağlık Teşkilatı tarafından kabul gören ve Fitoterapi’de kullanılacak tıbbi bitkisel ürünler bilimsel kriterlere göre doğru bitkinin doğru kısmından, uygun yöntemlerle “eczane kalitesinde” üretilmelidir

MEDICINAL PLANTS AND HERBAL MEDICINES FOR HEALTH

Abstract

People’s first medicines have been the foliage, seeds, flowers, leaves, bushes or roots of the plants in their immediate surroundings. Through trial and error, people who determine which part of the plant is good for which disease, they have created “traditional treatment cultures” by transferring this information to generations. Each plant produces chemical substances of different composition according to its genetic properties in order to sustain its own life. As a complementary and supportive therapy, the medical herbal products accepted by the World Health Organization and used in phytotherapy should be produced in the right part of the correct plant according to the scientific criteria in the “pharmacy quality” by appropriate methods
