SOLİTER REKTAL ÜLSER SENDROMU VE KRONİK PELVİK AĞRI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Kronik pelvik ağrı nedeniyle kliniğimize gönderilen Soliter Rektal Ülser hastasının Nöralterapi ve Tamamlayıcı Tıp tedavi yaklaşımı değerlendirilmiştir. Soliter Rektal Ülser Sendromu tedavisi güç ve hastanın yaşam kalitesini azaltan kronik pelvik ağrı nedenlerinden biridir. Bu olguda; uygulanan klasik medikal tedavilerden yanıt alamamış bir hastaya Nöralterapi Bütünsel yaklaşımı ile yapılan tedavi sonuçlarının paylaşılması amaçlanmıştır

SOLITARY RECTAL ULCER SYNDROME AND CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN

Abstract

Solitary rectal ulcer syndrome is one of the rare causes of chronic pelvic pain which is difficult to treat and that reduce the patient's quality of life. In this case; the results of a patient are meant to be shared who did not receive a response from classical medical treatment. That we applied treatment with the Holistic approach of Neuraltherapy
