PİRİFORMİS SENDROMU VE LOMBER DİSK HERNİSİ BİRLİKTELİĞİ OLAN HASTANIN NÖRALTERAPİ İLE TEDAVİSİ

Abstract

Piriformis sendromu non-diskojenik siyataljinin nedenlerinden biridir. Piriformis sendromu lomber disk herniasyonu ile birlikte görülebilir. Bu durum dirençli bel ve bacak ağrısına yol açar ve bu durumda piriformis sendromu tanısı zorlaşabilir. Bu yazıda lomber disk herniasyonu ve piriformis sendromu birlikteliği sonucu dirençli ağrıları olan ve nöralterapi ile başarılı şekilde tedavi edilen olgu sunulmuştur

COEXISTANCE OF PIRIFORMIS SYNDROME AND LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION TREATED WITH NEURAL THERAPY

Abstract

Piriformis syndrome is one of the causes of the non-discogenic sciatica. This syndrome may be seen with lumbar disc herniation. Coexistence of piriformis syndrome and lumbar disc herniation leads to resistant back and leg pain, and in this condition, diagnosis of the piriformis syndrome may be difficult. In this report, we presented that a patient with resistant back and leg pain depend on coexistence of piriformis syndrome and lumbar disc herniation was successfully treated with neural therapy
