DİRENÇLİ ENÜREZİS NOKTURNA TEDAVİSİNDE NÖRALTERAPİ

Abstract

Amaç: Dirençli enürezis nokturna tedavisinde bütünsel nöralterapi uygulama önerilerinin etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesi.Giriş: Çocukta tuvalet eğitimi sağlandıktan sonra herhangi bir yaşta başlayan uykuda işemeye sekonder nokturnal enürezis denilmektedir. Erkeklerde daha sıktır. %0,2-0,5 oranında erişkin yaşa kadar devam edebilmektedir.Olgular: 8, 12 ve 14 yaşında erkek, dirençli enüresis nokturna tanısı ile kliniğimize başvurdu. 3,5 ve 5 yaşında tonsillektomi operasyonu sonrasında başlayan gece işemesi mevcut. Olgulara, klasik medikal ve psikolojik destek tedavileri uygulanmasına rağmen sonuç alınamamış. Tedavi: Olgulara bölgesel, segment, bozucu alan (skar) ve genişletilmiş segment nöralterapi uygulamaları yapıldı. Nöralterapi uygulaması toplam 2 ve 4 seans uygulandı. 6 aydır olgularda uykuda işemekontrol altına alındı.Sonuç: Dirençli enüresis noktürna, çözümlenmesi zor çocukluk çağı sorunlarındandır. Çocuğun yaşam kalitesini ve gelecek planlamasını bozmaktadır. Seçilmiş durumlarda nöralterapi etkin bir tedavi seçeneği oluşturmaktadır

NEURAL THERAPY IN TREATMENT OF RESISTANT NOCTURNAL ENURESIS

Abstract

Objective: Evaluating the effectiveness of holistic neuraltherapy’s proposals in treatment of resistant nocturnal enuresis.Introduction: Nocturnalenuresis means the urination during sleep which starting at any age after toilet training provided on child. It is more common in men. It may continue in to adult hood by 0,2-0,5 %.Cases: Eight, twelve and fourteen year old man were admitted to our clinic with resistant nocturnal enuresis diagnosis. Nocturnal enuresis were available, after tonsillectomy operation that began while they were three and a half and five years old. The conventional medical treatment and psychological support have been applied to patients for years despite the fact that results could not be obtained.Treatment: Regional, segment, interference field (scarring) and extended segment of neuraltherapy application were performed to the patients. Neuraltherapy application underwent a total of 2 and 4 sessions. Six months follow-up in the patient complete healing was obtained. Result: Resistant nocturnal enuresis is one of the problems of childhood which is difficult to resolve. It impairs the child's quality of life and future planning. Neuraltherapy is an effective treatment option in selected cases
