Abstract

Bu vakada 3 yılı aşkın var olan kalça ve kasıktaki kronik ağrının, her ayrı branştaki uzman hekimlerin farklı yorumlamaları sonucu hastanın iş, güç ve maddi kaybına neden olmuştur. Regülâsyon Tıbbı yaklaşımıyla daha kapsamlı bir yaklaşım sergilenmiş ve nihayetinde kısa bir sürede kalıcı bir iyilik hali sağlanmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra, SİE disfonksiyonunun birçok hastalığı taklit edebileceği de özellikle vurgulanmıştır. Klasik Tıbbın biz hekimlere bıraktığı en kötü miras, buzdağının su yüzeyindeki görünen kısmı ile yetinmemizdir. Fizyopatolojinin, vegetatif sinir sisteminin ve temel sistemin göz ardı edildiği her yaklaşım ve tedavi şekli baştan kaybetmeye mahkûmdur. Tamamlayıcı Tıp bakış açısıyla, bir sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan hastalığa değil de “hastaya” bütüncül olarak yaklaşıldığında, suyun altına ve hatta biraz daha derine inersek altındaki patolojileri de yorumlama şansına sahip oluruz

CASE REPORT: SIJ (SACROILIAC JOINT) DYSFUNCTION

Abstract

In the present case, too, the chronic pain that the patient had been experiencing in the hip and groin for more than 3 years was differently interpreted by specialist physicians in various departments, and consequently the patient suffered losses in terms of employment, physical strength and income. Shifting the perspective to the regulation medicine, a more comprehensive.
