VAKA: KİENBÖCK HASTALIĞI

Abstract

Nöralterapide bozucu alanların varlığı tedaviye dirençli hastaların kliniğinde önemli bir yer tutar. Bu çalışmada Kienböck hastalığı tanısı almış sağ el bileği ağrısı olan hastanın bulguları ve tedavi süreçleri paylaşılmıştır. Alınan öykü ve tedavi süreçlerindeki gözlemler hastalığın bozucu alan varlığında geliştiğini belirlemiştir. Modern tıpta tedavisinin oldukça güç olduğu bilinen Kienböck hastalığı toplam altı seans nöralterapi ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilmiştir. MRI bulguları da iyileşmeyi desteklemiştir

A KIENBOCK’S DISEASE CASE IN THE PRESENCE OF INTERFERENCE FIELD

Abstract

The interference fields in treatment resistant patients are significant in practice of neuraltherapy. In this case the patient who was suffering from right wrist pain diagnosed Kienbock’s disease was provided treatment process. Medical history and evaluation shows that the presence of interference field which causing the disease. As known in western medicine Kienbock’s disease is quite difficult to treat and have been successfully treated with in total of six neuraltherapy sessions. MRI findings were also supported the recovery
