STELLAT GANGLİON BLOKAJI SONRASI GELİŞEN HİPERTANSİYON VE AĞRI ALEVLENMESİNE NÖRALTERAPİ YAKLAŞIMI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada gerilim tipi baş ağrısı ve atipik migren tanıları konulmuş bir hastada Stellat ganglion Blokajı (SGB) sonrası gelişen ciddi hipertansif atak ve ağrı alevlenmesine nöralterapi yaklaşımı değerlendirilecektir. SGB yapıldıktan 1 saat sonra gelişen hipertansif atak ve ağrı artışına Nöralterapi uygulaması ile olumlu yanıt alınmıştır. SGB sonrası hipertansiyon beklenmeyen bir sonuçtur ve nadir görülür (1/2000-1/3000). SGB ile otonomik imbalans ve baroreseptörlerin lokal anestezilerden etkilenmesine bağlı olarak hemodinamik değişimler gözlenebilmektedir. Pratik uygulamalarda sıklıkla kullanılan SGB sonrası gelişebilecek bu nadir yanıt için dikkatli olunmalı ve hasta takibinde göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.

NEURALTHERAPY APPROACH TO THE HYPERTENSION AND PAIN EXACERBATION AFTER STELLATE GANGLION BLOCKADGE

Abstract

The aim is discussing the approach of Neuraltherapy to serious hypertension crisis and pain exacerbation developing after Stellat Ganglion Blockage (SGB) in detail. Developing hypertension and exacerbation of pain, 1 hour after SGB applied, in this patient was treated with neural therapy. Hypertension is a rare and unexpected result after SGB (1/2000-1/3000). After SGB, depending on the autonomic imbalance and baroreceptors affected by local anesthetic, hemodynamic changes can be observed. Neuraltherapists should pay attention to this rare response that may develop after SGB and considered in follow-up of patient
