Abstract
Faset Sendromu, faset eklemin disfonksiyonudur ve tüm segment ile ilişkili semptomlar bütünü ile karşımıza çıkabilir. Radyografik
yöntemlerde spesifik tanı bulgusu olmadığı için anamnez, fizik muayene ve vejetatif sistem bağlantılarını değerlendirebilmek gerekir.
Vaka serisinde ele alınan her vaka vejetatif sinir sistemi bağlantıları ile değerlendirilip, ilgili segmentin tedavisi ile kısa sürede
çözümlenmiştir. Nöralterapi akut ya da kronik faset sendromunun tanı ve tedavisinde hızlı, güvenli, ekonomik ve pratik bir tedavi
yöntemidir.

Abstract
Facet Syndrome is the facet joint dysfunction and may present with a whole set of symptoms associated with the segment. Since there
is no specific diagnosis in radiographic methods, it is necessary to evaluate the history, physical examination and vegetative system
connections. Each case was evaluated with vegetative nervous system connections and resolved in a short time with the treatment
of the related segment. Neural therapy is a fast, safe, economical and practical treatment method for the diagnosis and treatment of
acute or chronic facet syndrome
