PERİODONTAL HASTALIKLAR

Abstract

Periodontitis bir bakteri infeksiyonu olarak başlayan, lokal, kronik inflamatuvar hastalıktır. Peridontal doku yıkımı kompleks bir
olaylar zinciri içermektedir. Bakteriyel uyarımlar, inflamatuar mediatörlerin ve immunglobulinlerin salınımı, fagositlerin aktivasyonu
bu zincirinin parçalarıdır. Periodontal hastalıkların bir çok sistemik değişikliğe yol açabilecekleri gösterilmiştir. Periodontal hastalığın
oluşması için vücutta inflamasyonun başlamış olması gereklidir. Bu inflamasyonun tedavisinde probiotik bakterilerin ve antioksidan
sistemlerin etkileri çok büyüktür.

Abstract

Periodontitis is a bacterially induced, localized, chronic inflammatory disease. Periodontal tissue destruction involves a complex chain of events. Bacterial stimulation, the release of inflammatory mediators and immunoglobulins, activation of phagocytes are part of this chain. Periodontal disease are shown that they can lead to a lot of systemic changes. For the formation of periodontal disease inflammation in the body has to be started. This probiotic bacterias are and the antioxidant systems have enormous effect at the treatment
