ILIMLI KARPAL TÜNEL SENDROMUNDA SPLİNT VE TENDON VE NÖRAL MOBİLİZASYONUN ETKİNLİĞİ

Abstract

Karpal tünel sendromu, median sinirin karpal tünel içerisinde sıkışması ile oluşan nöropatidir. Parmaklarda ağrı ve parestezi gibi
semptomlara neden olan toplumda %5-8 arasında görülen ve iş gücü kaybı ve yaşam kalitesinde bozulma ile seyreden sık görülen
nöropatidir. Son yıllarda tendon ve sinir mobilizasyon teknikleri karpal tünel sendromu tedavisinde popüler tedavi metodlarıdır. Bu
çalışmamızda splint ve egzersiz tedavisinin KTS tedavisinde etkinliğini değerlendirmeye çalıştık.
