SYNTHESIS OF SOME METAL CONTAINING BORATE AND BOROPHOSPHATES COMPOUNDS BY SOLID STATE METHODS

Abstract

In this work, the compounds of borates, phosphates and borophosphates which includes metals (Mo, Pb) were tried to synthesize by microwave energy source. Microwave irradiation has recently been used for the synthesis of inorganic materials. The microwave synthesis method offers several advantages over conventional methods which the chemical reactions are short period and fast. The microwave syntheses were carried out at 750 watt and 2.45 GHz frequency radiation. In this work, the compounds NaPb(PO4)3-PbB, and Mo0.1B1.8O3 were synthesized firstifull as a pure phase by using microwave method. The purity and crystallinity of BPO4 compound was increased by this method

Bazı Metal İçeren Boratlı ve Borfosfatlı Bileşiklerin Katı-Hal Yöntemleriyle Sentezlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, metal boratlı ve bor fosfat bileşiklerinin mikrodalga enerji yöntemiyle sentezlenmesine çalışılmıştır. Borca zengin, boratlı ve fosfatlı bileşiklerin sentezlenmesinde son yıllarda katı-hal tekniği olarak, kimyasal tepkimelerin hızlı ve kısa sürede gerçekleşmesi sebebiyle, mikrodalga enerji yönteminin önemi, malzeme bilimleri çalışmalarında, araştırmacıların dikkatini çekmiştir. Mikrodalga enerji kullanılarak elde edilen bileşikler, 750 wattlık güçte, 2.45 GHz 'lik frekansa sahip elektromanyetik dalgayla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, ilk kez mikrodalga enerji yöntemi kullanılarak NaPb4(PO4)3-PbB2O4 bileşikleri ikili faz olarak, Mo0.1B1.8O3 bileşiği ise saf olarak elde edilmiştir. Daha önce literatürde elde edilmiş olan BPO4 bileşiğinin saflığı ve kristallenme oranı arttırılarak sentezlenmiştir
