Hayat ve hayat dışı sigortalar için karar verme problemi

Abstract

Karar verme problemlerinde esnek küme ve bulanık esnek küme kavramları son zamanlarda oldukça popüler hale gelmiştir. Sigortacılık sektöründe kişinin özelliklerine göre sigorta türünün belirlenmesi de günümüzde bir problem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada esnek küme ve bulanık esnek küme kavramları kullanılarak hayat ve hayat dışı sigortaların seçimi problemi ele alınmıştır. Bu problemde sigorta seçimine karar verebilmek için esnek küme ve bulanık esnek küme kavramları kullanılarak iki farklı matematiksel modelleme elde edilmiştir. İlaveten elde edilen bu matematiksel modellemeler dikkate alınarak sigorta seçimine yardımcı olacak bir yapay sinir ağı modeli önerilmiştir. Önerilen matematiksel modellemeler için çeşitli örnekler elde edilmiştir. Sigorta şirketleri kendi gerçek hayat verileri üzerinde bu modellemeleri kullandığında daha kesin sonuçların ortaya çıkacağı öngörülmektedir.

Decision making problem for life and non – life insurances

Abstract

In decision making problems, the notions of soft set and fuzzy soft set have become popular recently. According to characteristics of person, determination of insurance type also emerges as a problem in insurance company nowadays. In this study, the selection problem of life and non-life insurances has been analyzed using the notions of soft set and fuzzy soft set. In this problem, in order to decision making of insurance, two mathematical models are obtained by using the notions of soft set and fuzzy soft set. In addition, a neural network model is proposed for insurance selection using these mathematical models. Various examples are obtained for proposed mathematical models. When insurance companies use these models on their own real dataset, it is thought that more certain results emerge.
