Abstract

Deyimler, şiirler, halk şarkıları ve efsaneler, Türk halk edebiyatının değerli verileri

oldukları kadar Türk dilinin de zenginliğidir. İnsanların çoğunun köylerden kentlere göç etmiş

olmasına rağmen, bu anlatılar ve edebî metinler halk arasında hâlâ söylenegelmekte ve onlara

inanılmaktadır.

Bu yazıda, ölüm ve ölü kişi hakkındaki anlatılardan derlediğim bazı örnekler vereceğim. Bu

anlatıları, rüyada başka bir kişiye görünmek, ölüm anı, tehlikeli ölü ve hayalî ölü vb. şeklinde

olan temalarına göre sınıflandırdım. Yazımın başında gazetelerden de bazı örnekler verdim.

Abstract

The idioms, poems, folk songs and legends are the richness of Turkish language as well as

being valuable data of Turkish folk literature. Although people mostly imigrated to the cities

from the villages, these narratives and literate texts are still told and believed among people.

In this paper, I will give some examples from the narratives I compiled abouth death and

the eaed person. I categorized these narratives according to their themes such as being seen

to another person in a dream, the time of dying, dangerous dead person and imaginary dead

person etc. At the beginning of my paper I also gave some examples from the newspapers.
