Güzellik Hakkında Konuşurken Aynı Şeyi Düşünüyor Muyuz?

Abstract

Bu makalenin temel amacı güzellik kavramını en iyi şekilde açıklamakla birlikte, diğer dil ailelerinden birçok farklı dil ile etimolojik, bağlamsal ve dil bilimsel yönlerden farklılıklarını ve benzerliklerini
irdelemek ve açıklığa kavuşturmaktır. Bu sayede güzellik kavramının farklı boyutlarıyla birlikte tümüyle ele alınıp aslında açıklaması neredeyse imkânsız olan bu kavramın, anlamsal boyutlarıyla birlikte analizinin üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Benzer şekilde bu araştırmada güzellik kavramının anlamını kavramada karşımıza çıkabilecek sorunların en temel nedenlerinden birinin birden fazla farklı alana dayanan soyut ve kapsayıcı bir kavram olduğuna dikkat çekilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Do We Think of the Same Thing When We Talk About Beauty?

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to explain the concept of beauty in the best way, to examine and clarify the differences and similarities in many different languages from other language families with etymological, contextual and linguistic aspects. In this way, it has been studied to analyze the concept of beauty with its different dimensions, and to analyze this concept, which is almost impossible to explain, together with its semantic dimensions. Similarly, in this study, it has been tried to draw attention to the fact that one of the main reasons for understanding the meaning of the concept of beauty is an abstract and inclusive concept based on more than one different area.
