In recent years, pursuing personal health and physical fitness has become a pirime factor for most of the people in the world.Generally, people who are physically fit and healthy are more productive and reliable at work, than the others.It is now almost universal, to produce Information about and propagate the use ofwell being and physical fitness.Thus the synthesis of mi d and high socioeconomic elements in developed countries, is the conseguence of their societies remaining healthy as body and mind.The happy employees in a business will increase the productivity and profit margine accordingly.It is possible to give numerous examples of the efforts made by both employers and employees in industrial sector to develop the recreations. The recreation programs may vary according to their utility and preparations. The quality of a recreation program is as good as the quality of its makers. The recreation programs and sense of serving people are the basic elements in constructing a healthy society.
