Abstract

Günümüzde yaşamlarını spor yaparak kazanan sporcuların büyük bir bölümü, günde 2-3 antrenman yapmak için adeta birbirleriyle yarışır hale gelmişlerdir. Ki; böyle kapsamlı çalışmalarda psikolojik ve fizyolojik olarak organizma fonksiyonlarını fazla zorlarlar, hatta bozabilirler. Dolayısıyla da çalışma kapasitelerini istemeyerek de olsa düşürebilirler. Bu nedenle kapsamlı bir antrenman programı hazırlanırken, gözardı edilmemesi gereken önemli noktalar vardır. Bunlardan ilki yemek molaları ve dinlenme, İkincisi sporcuların bireysel özellikleri ve son olarak da sporcunun özel yaşamı ile profesyonel yaşamını birbiriyle bütünleşebilmesidir. Çünkü kapsamlı çalışmalar fizyolojik ve psiko sosyal stres yaratması nedeniyle antrenmanı olumsuz yönde etkileyebilmektedir. Sporcuların bu sorunun üstesinden gelebilmesi için antrenmanı ile sosyal yaşantısı arasında iyi bir denge oluşturarak, kısa zamanda toparlanması şarttır.
