Kadın Hentbolcularda Crossfit Antrenmanlarının Bazı Performans Parametrelerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; kadın hentbolcularda crossfit antrenman uygulamalarının bazı performans parametrelerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmaya, 2024-2025 sezonunda Kadın Hentbol 1.Lig’inde mücadele eden 28 kadın hentbolcu gönüllü olarak yer almıştır. Crossfit antrenman grubu (n=14) yaş ortalamaları 20,43±1,45 yıl; boy uzunluğu 170,1± 8,22 cm ve kontrol grubu hentbolcuların (n=14) yaş ortalamaları 20,64± 1,21 yıl; boy uzunluğu 172 ± 5,58 cm’ dir. Araştırmada sekiz haftalık süreçte ilk ve son haftalarda vücut ağırlığı (kg), 25 metre V Cut (kat) yön değiştirme süresi (sn, ss), oturarak sağlık topu fırlatma (cm, mm), çift ayak durarak uzun atlama (cm, mm), 1 dak. şınav ve mekik (dakika, adet) ve 6-30 sn wattbike anaerobik güç (watt) değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Antrenman periyodu crossfit antrenman grubunda yer alan katılımcılar için 8 hafta boyunca haftada üç gün crossfit antrenman programına dâhil olmuştur. Ayrıca kontrol ve crossfit antrenman grubu diğer günlerde hentbol teknik-taktik antrenmanı uygulamışlardır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS (22.0) paket programında Karışık Ölçümlerde ANOVA için gerekli varsayımlar kontrol edilmiş ve analizin yapılması uygun görülmüştür. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Karışık ölçümler ANOVA veri analizi sonuçlarına göre, müdahale programı öncesi ve sonrası grupxzaman etkileşimi açısından 25 metre V Cut (kat) yön değiştirme süresi (sn, ss), oturarak sağlık topu fırlatma (cm, mm), çift ayak durarak uzun atlama (cm, mm), 1 dakika şınav ve mekik değerlerinde (dakika, adet) ve 6-30 sn wattbike anaerobik güç (watt) değerleri her iki grupta anlamlı gelişme olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca anlamlı farklılığın deney grubunun lehine olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, çalışmamız neticesinde elde ettiğimiz bulgulara göre; sekiz haftalık crossfit antrenman uygulamalarının performansa olumlu yönde katkı sağladığı saptanmıştır.

The Effect of Crossfit Training on Some Performance Parameters in Female Handball Players

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of crossfit training practices on some performance parameters in female handball players. In the study, 28 female handball players who competed in the Women's Handball 1st League in the 2024-2025 season participated voluntarily. The mean age of the crossfit training group (n=14) was 20.43±1.45 years; height 170.1± 8.22 cm and the mean age of the control group (n=14) was 20.64± 1.21 years; height 172 ± 5.58 cm. In the study, height (cm) and body weight (kg), 25-meter V Cut (floor) change of direction time (sec,ss), medicine ball throwing (cm,mm), double leg standing long jump (cm,mm), 1 minute push-up and sit-up (min,pcs) and 6-30 sec wattbike anaerobic power (watts) values were determined in the first and last weeks of the eight-week period. The training period for the participants in the crossfit training group was included in the crossfit training program three days a week for 8 weeks. In addition, the control and crossfit training group practiced handball technical-tactical training on the other days. In the evaluation of the data, the assumptions required for ANOVA in Mixed Measures in the SPSS (22.0) package program were checked and the analysis was deemed appropriate. The significance level was evaluated as p<0.05. According to the results of mixed measures ANOVA data analysis, it was determined that there was a significant improvement in both groups in terms of 25 meters V Cut (floor) change of direction time (sec,ss), seated medicine ball throwing (cm,mm), double leg standing long jump (cm,mm), 1 minute push-up and sit-up values (minutes,pcs) and 6-30 sec wattbike anaerobic power (watts) values in terms of group-time interaction before and after the intervention program. It was also determined that the significant difference was in favor of the experimental group. As a result, according to the findings of our study, it was determined that eight-week crossfit training practices contributed positively to performance.
