Uluslararası Kalkınma, Devlet ve Toplum
Abstract
Bu makale, değişen tanımları, farklı varsayımları ve çeşitli kuramlar bünyesinde içerilen ya da etkisi azaltılan bir dizi dışsal etkeni belirterek “devlet”, “toplum” ve “devlet-toplum” ilişkileri kavramlarının uluslararası kalkınma kuramları içerisindeki gelişimini tahlil etmektedir. Bu analizde, sırası ile klasik kalkınma kuramları, modernleşme perspektifi, bağımlılık kuramı, dünya-sistemi perspektifi, sınıf-temelli kalkınma kuramları, neo-liberal kuramlar, devlet-merkezli yaklaşımlar ve post-modern kuramlar ve küreselleşmeci kuramlar ele alınmaktadır. Her bir yaklaşıma ait toplum-devlet kavramsallaştırması eleştirel bir şekilde değerlendirilmektedir.
