Endüstri 4.0: Fırsat mı Tehlike mi?

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Endüstri 4.0'ın niteliği ve kavramsal perspektifi, ayrıca gelişimiyle beraber ortaya çıkan yeniliklerin yaratacağı veya yaratması muhtemel avantaj ve dezavantajların neler olabileceği incelenmiştir. Çalışma, Endüstri 4.0'ın içeriği, niteliği, bileşenleri ve gelecekte yaşantımıza nasıl bir etkisi olabileceğine dair birtakım öngörülerden bahsetmiştir. Ancak çalışmanın en çok vurgulanması gereken kısmı, Endüstri 4.0'ın yaratması muhtemel avantaj ve dezavantajlarıdır. Endüstri 4.0'ın ilk kez 2011'de ortaya çıkması ve dönüşümün emekleme döneminde olması sebebiyle, bu öngörüler şu anlık tahmin olmaktan daha öteye geçemeyecektir. Bu devrimin öncüllerinden farkı, geçmişten tamamen kopuş ve yepyeni bir üretim biçimi hayatımıza sunmasıdır. Üretim sürecindeki robot-insan işbirliği, bu devrim ile birlikte yerini sadece robotların egemen olduğu ve otomasyonu yürüttüğü fabrikalara bırakabilir. Bu çalışma, "karanlık üretim" adını verilen bu üretim biçiminin içeriğinden de bahsetmiş, artı ve eksi yönlerini de ortaya koymuştur. Endüstri 4.0 kavramı literatüre yeni katıldığından dolayı, net bir tanımını ve güncel etkilerini sunmamız mevcut durumda mümkün olmayacaktır. Küresel çapta sistematik bir dönüşüm sağlandıktan sonra bu kavramın belirginleşeceğini ve etkilerinin ortaya çıkacağını söylemek de daha olası durmaktadır.
