The Impact of Balanced Scorecard on Corporate Performance
Abstract
Balanced scorecard; mostly performance management systems in the literature It is expressed as Corporate Performance or Balanced Corporate report. Organizations, achieving a progress in line with the mission and vision adopted within the framework of strategic planning can be handled on a wider scale. In the research, first of all, what the balanced scorecard is about, its dimensions (finance, customer, internal processes and learning and development), the actors involved in its implementation, to reach the outputs it produces providing strategy maps and information on how to create them within the framework of the literature. Has been taken Balanced scorecard to accelerate the future perspectives of organizations and a performance measurement to place the developed strategies at the center of the organization. System has come to the fore. Balanced scorecard term was used in Harvard Business in 1997. It took place in the Review as one of the "most influential ideas of the 20th century in the last 75 years". And it’s developed by Norton and Kaplan to help organizations succeed and contributed to its practitioners at the same time, the balanced scorecard successfully implementation is supported by corporate strategies. The system developed over time applications and variations have emerged Balanced Scorecard has been examined in detail in the theoretical framework in this study.
