Doğal Afetler ve İletişim Kavramları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Son yıllarda iklim değişikliği ve neden olduğu yıkıcı etkiler üzerine yapılan araştırmaların sayısının arttığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bu çalışmalar içerisinde doğal afetlerde iletişim ve özellikle sosyal medya konusunda, araştırmacıların ilgisi her geçen gün daha da artmaktadır. Yaşanan afetler sırasında bireylerin yardım isteme veya etmek; kazazedeler ve kayıplar hakkında dua etmek, destek olmak, bilgi ve durum vb. paylaşımları dışında yalan, aldatıcı, kötü amaçlı ve sahte paylaşımlar yaptığı da görülmektedir. Bu tür paylaşımlar, hem afet müdahale faaliyetlerini olumsuz anlamda etkilemekte hem de toplumu korku, kaos, panik, endişe vb. gibi duygulara daha fazla itmektedir. Bu nedenle yapılması planlanan bir dizi araştırmada özellikle orman yangınları konusunda yapılan olumsuz anlamdaki sosyal medya paylaşımlarının neler olduğu ve ne gibi etkiler yarattığı üzerine değinilecektir. Bu anlamda araştırmanın ilk aşaması olan bu çalışmada “Doğal Afetler” ve “İletişim” kavramları üzerine bir literatür taraması yapılarak ilgili yazının bibliyometrik bir analizinin yapılması planlanmıştır.
