The BilgeTürk International Journal of Social Research reflects the Ülkü Ocakları Education and Culture Foundation's commitment to scientific production and the academic development of Turkish youth. The core objective of our journal is to encourage original and high-quality scientific research from all scholars, especially young researchers, and to provide them with a competent platform that ensures visibility within the national and international scientific community. In alignment with this goal, the journal aims to strengthen interdisciplinary knowledge exchange, contribute to scholarly debates, and disseminate academic knowledge that will guide future development.

The BilgeTürk International Journal of Social Research considers manuscripts across a broad spectrum of disciplines focused on the scientific production of human and social knowledge, primarily within the Social Sciences and Humanities. The core scope areas of our journal include:

Political Science and International Relations: Turkish foreign policy, geopolitical analysis, international security studies, international law, and political theory.

Management and Organization: Organizational behavior, strategic management, public administration, and management sciences.

Economics and Econometrics: Development economics, regional economics, fiscal policies, and econometric modeling.

Educational Sciences: Turkish education system, higher education policies, and youth studies.

Law: Current issues in administrative law, constitutional law, and international law.

History and Cultural Studies: Turkish history, cultural heritage, and studies on social change.

Our journal accepts original research articles, reviews, and book reviews that provide theoretical, empirical (applied), and methodological contributions within the disciplines mentioned above.

Manuscripts submitted to the BilgeTürk International Journal of Social Research for publication must adhere to the Turkish Language Association's acceptance and rules. The scientific, legal, and ethical responsibilities for articles published in the journal belong to the authors. Articles may not be used without citing the source. Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

*Our journal's ethical principles are based on the Code of Conduct and Best-Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors (Committee on Publication Ethics, 2011).

Editor, Author, and Reviewer Responsibilities:

A-About Editors

-The editor is primarily responsible for publication. When deciding on the suitability and publication of submitted manuscripts, they base their decisions on the journal's publication policy and scientific sensitivities, not on factors such as the author's race, gender, faith, or nationality.

-The editor prioritizes confidentiality throughout the process and may not share personal information with reviewers, members, or the publisher.

B-About Reviewers

-Reviewers operate in accordance with a confidentiality policy. They may not share the information they obtain and their evaluation results with third parties, including the author.

-Reviewers work to be impartial, fair, and constructive in accordance with the journal's publication policy and editorial guidelines.

- Referees help authors correct errors by making suggestions.

- If referees are unable to evaluate submitted manuscripts within the specified timeframe, or if they feel inadequate regarding submitted manuscripts, they must inform the editors accordingly.

C-About the Authors

- Authors are obligated to comply with the journal's publication policy, ethics, and editorial rules.

- Authors must exercise due diligence in their work regarding matters such as originality, scientific integrity, and the use of data that would incur copyrights from other works.

- Authors must agree to make necessary corrections during the publication process, in accordance with the suggestions of the editor and reviewers. If the author does not accept these suggestions, the article in question will be rejected.

- Authors are primarily responsible for the spelling, style, and scientific nature of their manuscripts and must exercise due diligence throughout the publication process.

- Authors who submit manuscripts to the journal are deemed to have accepted the publication, ethics, and scholarly rules applicable to the journal and general scientific principles.

Our journal adheres to the open-access publishing model and does not charge any fees from authors or their institutions at any stage of the publication process.
"No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name." Absolutely no fees, such as Article Processing Charges (APC), Submission Fees, publication fees, or fees for color figures/tables, are collected for manuscripts submitted to our journal. All content will be freely accessible to readers immediately upon publication.
