Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

*Our journal's ethical principles are based on the Code of Conduct and Best-Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors (Committee on Publication Ethics, 2011).

Editor, Author, and Reviewer Responsibilities:

A-About Editors

-The editor is primarily responsible for publication. When deciding on the suitability and publication of submitted manuscripts, they base their decisions on the journal's publication policy and scientific sensitivities, not on factors such as the author's race, gender, faith, or nationality.

-The editor prioritizes confidentiality throughout the process and may not share personal information with reviewers, members, or the publisher.

B-About Reviewers

-Reviewers operate in accordance with a confidentiality policy. They may not share the information they obtain and their evaluation results with third parties, including the author.

-Reviewers work to be impartial, fair, and constructive in accordance with the journal's publication policy and editorial guidelines.

- Referees help authors correct errors by making suggestions.

- If referees are unable to evaluate submitted manuscripts within the specified timeframe, or if they feel inadequate regarding submitted manuscripts, they must inform the editors accordingly.

C-About the Authors

- Authors are obligated to comply with the journal's publication policy, ethics, and editorial rules.

- Authors must exercise due diligence in their work regarding matters such as originality, scientific integrity, and the use of data that would incur copyrights from other works.

- Authors must agree to make necessary corrections during the publication process, in accordance with the suggestions of the editor and reviewers. If the author does not accept these suggestions, the article in question will be rejected.

- Authors are primarily responsible for the spelling, style, and scientific nature of their manuscripts and must exercise due diligence throughout the publication process.

- Authors who submit manuscripts to the journal are deemed to have accepted the publication, ethics, and scholarly rules applicable to the journal and general scientific principles.
