Abstract
İstihdam sorunu, günümüzde önemi giderek artmakta olan ve hem
gelişmiş hem de gelişmekte olan ülkeleri ilgilendiren bir sorundur. Sorunun
kooperatif işletmeler aracılığı ile çözümlenmeye çalışılması, karşımıza
farklı bir yaklaşım getirmektedir. Dünya genelinde 800 milyondan fazla
ortağı olan ve 100 milyondan fazla kişiye istihdam sağlayan kooperatif iş-
letmeler, ekonomik ve sosyal bir örgütlenme biçimi olarak, değişik kooperatif
işletme modelleri ile sorunun çözümü için önemli bir alternatif oluş-
turmaktadır. Kooperatif işletmeler ayrıca, toplumun dezavantajlı kesimlerini
oluşturan ve istihdam konusunda da özel ilgi gerektiren kadınlar,
gençler ve özürlüler gibi kesimlere yönelik istihdam yaratma potansiyelleri
ile de dikkat çekmektedirler.
Abstract
The importance of employment problem has been increasing in
recent times and it is a problem for both developed and developing countries.
Efforts for solving the problem through cooperatives introduce a
new approach. As an economic and social organization, cooperatives having
more than 800 millions members and employing more than 100 million
people provide an important alternative for the solution of the problem
with different types of cooperation models throughout the world.
Furthermore, co-operatives draw attention by their potentials to generate
employment for the disadvantaged sections of the community such
as women, young and disabled people who need a special care.
