Abstract

Antalya'da ısıtmasız sera koşullarında vibratör ve 4-CPA adlı BGD'nın domateste meyve tutumu üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırıldığı deneme 1989-1992 yılları arasında sonbahar, tek mahsül ve ilkbahar yetiştirme dönemlerinde yürütüldü. Sonbahar döneminde Dario F1 çeşidi, diğer iki dönemde Argus F1 çeşidi kullanıldı. 4 - CPA'nın 5, 10, 15, 20 ve 40 ppm dozları denendi. 10, 15, 20 ve 40 ppm. dozlar her salkıma 1 ve 2 kere, 5 ve 10 ppm dozlar 3 kere uygulandı. Verim açısından en iyi sonuç 10-20 ppm arasında değişen dozların uygulanmasından alındı. BGD'ye hassas olan Dario F1 çeşidinde uygulanan doz arttıkça meyve deformasyonu arttı, Argus F1 çeşidinde deformasyon görülmedi, fakat uygulanan doz arttıkça meyve iriliğinde artış görüldü. 10, 20 ve 40 ppm. dozların 2 kere uygulandığı parsellerden alınan örneklerde yapılan kalıntı analizlerinde kalıntı elde edilemedi. Vibratör sera içi iklim koşulların canlı çiçektozu oluşması için uygun olduğu sonbahar ve ilkbahar dönemlerinde etkili oldu, tek mahsül yetiştirme döneminde Aralık-Mart ayları arasında ise etkili olmadı. Bu aylar arasında meyve tutumunu sağlamak için BGD kullanılması gerektiği belirlendi.

Abstract

This study was carried out in Antalya, effect of vibrator and 4-CPA on fruit setting of tomatoes between 1989 and 1992 years in autumn, single and spring crop seasons in unheated greenhouse conditions. Also residue of 4-CPA was investigated at the market level of tomatoes. Dario F1 variety in autumn crop season and Argus F1 variety were grown single and spring crop seasons. 5, 10, 15, 20 and 40 ppm. doses of 4-CPA were used. 10,15,20 and 40 ppm doses of 4-CPA were applicated 1 or 2 times, 5 and 10 ppm doses of 4-CPA vere applicated 3 times to every cluster. The best yield were obtained between 10 and 20 ppm doses using of 4-CPA. Fruit deformation increased when the increasing doses of 4- CPA were applicated to Dario F1 variety, and fruit deformation were not seen at the Argus F1 variety. But, when the increasing doses of 4-CPA were applicated to Argus F1 variety, fruit diameter increased. Residue did not get from samples of 10,20 and 40 ppm doses of 4-CPA two times applicated parcels. Vibrator was effect on fruit setting during the autumn and spring seasons, because in this seasons, pollens were good quality due to climate condition in greenhouse. But vibrator did not effect on fruit setting during the single crop season between December and March. So, using PGR was necessary between these months in the unheated greenhouse conditions.
