Investigation of applicability of Cipac analysis method on determination of uniform liquid seed pesticides

Abstract

This study was taken for being able to use the method on liquid seed formulations, to detect the uniformity distribution on the seeds with the international validity methods as a criterion for quality control and on the possibility of using this method on the routine analysis.
Five pesticides which contain imidacloprid and tebuconazole active ingredients with FS formulations were evaluated according to CIPAC MT 175 between 2008 and 2009 in APPCRE. This study was carried out in pesticides chemical and physical analysis laboratory and international mentioned method was used in laboratory conditions.
It has been decided that this CIPAC method can be used as a criteria for quality control in liquid formulation analysis.

Sıvı tohum ilaçlarının tohumluğa üniform dağılımının tespitinde Cipac analiz yönteminin uygulanabilirliğinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma, sıvı tohum ilaçlarının tohumluğa uniform olarak dağılımının kalite kontrol verisi olarak uluslararası geçerliliği olan bir metotla yapılmasının ve uygulanabilirliğinin sağlaması amacı ile yürütülmüştür.
Sıvı tohum ilacı olarak kullanılan FS formülasyonlu imidacloprid ve tebuconazole aktif maddeli toplam 5 ilaç, CIPAC MT 175 (Dobrat and Martijn 1995) metoduna göre Ankara Zirai Mücadele Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü'nde 2008-2009 yıllarında çalışılmıştır. Denenen CIPAC MT 175 metodunun kalite kontrol kriteri olarak sıvı tohum ilaçlarının analizlerinde kullanılabileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.
