Akademisyenlerde Yenilikçi İş Davranışının Örgütsel Yaratıcılığa Etkisi

Year 2021, Volume: 2 Issue: 1, 21 - 29, 27.08.2021

Abstract

Year 2021, Volume: 2 Issue: 1, 21 - 29, 27.08.2021

Abstract

Considering today's competitive conditions, how important it is for organizations to show innovation and innovative work behaviors has been revealed as a result of the researches. All organizations aiming to continue their activities need to keep up with change and produce innovative products or services. It is clear that any organization that is resistant to change cannot continue its activities in the long term. Creativity is a performance output that can occur at the individual, group or organizational level. Creativity is an important prerequisite for innovation. It is an integral component that affects the innovation process, its outputs and the solution process of the problems that arise during innovation production. From this point of view, the effects of innovative work behavior on organizational creativity in academics constitute the purpose of this study. According to the correlation analysis, organizational creativity increases by 34.6% as innovative work behavior increases. As a result of the regression analysis, innovative work behavior 1 unit when organizational creativity increases 0.367 unit has been found to increase. Generating from sub-dimensions 1 unit organizational creativity increases by 0.369 unit will increase, research 1 unit organizational creativity increases by 0.318 unit will increase, supporting 1 unit when organizational creativity increases 0.241 unit will increase, application 1 unit increases organizational creativity by 0.312 unit determined to increase. While the biggest impact on organizational creativity was production and research, the least impact was determined as support and applications.
