Sinema tercih endekslerine ait kalite ölçümleri: Türkiye üzerine ampirik bir çalışma

Abstract

Şehirlerin sosyal yaşamlarına yönelik olan bu çalışmada yatırımcılara fikir olması amacıyla şehirlerin sinema salonları için kalite ölçümleri yapılmıştır. İlk olarak çıktı optimizasyonu yapılmış ve birbirini etkileyen faktörler arasındaki ilişkiye bakılmıştır. Sinema salonlarının ses ve görüntü donanımları, fiziki özellikleri ve çalışanların davranışları müşterinin algıladığı hizmet kalitesini etkileyen faktörlerdir. Ayrıca filmin sinema salonunda izlenmesi sonucu oluşan atmosfer ve ambiyans sinema salonunun tercih edilmesini etkileyen diğer boyutlardır. Sinema salonlarında algılanan hizmet kalitesinin ambiyans ve atmosfer oluşumuna etkisi üzerine bir model kurularak çıktı optimizasyonu yapılmıştır. Atmosfer ve ambiyans çıktısının maksimum seviyede olması için algılanan hizmet kalitesinin ne olması gerektiği hesaplanmıştır. Daha sonra bu veriler kullanılarak şehirlerin sinema salonlarına ait arzu edilirlik değerleri hesaplanarak tercih endeksi oluşturulmuştur. Sonuçlardan yüksek arzu edilirliğin şehirlerin büyüklüğüne bağlı olmadığı anlaşılmıştır. En yüksek arzu edilirliğe 2,344 ile Ege Bölgesi sahip olurken, en düşük arzu edilirliğe 2,207 ile Karadeniz Bölgesinin sahip olduğu görülmüştür.

Quality measurements of cinema preference indices: An empirical study on Türkiye

Abstract

This study, focusing on the social life of cities, aims to provide investors with insights by conducting quality measurements for movie theaters in these cities. First, output optimization was performed, examining the relationships between influencing factors. Sound and visual equipment, physical characteristics, and employee behavior are factors affecting customer perception of service quality. Furthermore, the atmosphere and ambiance created by watching a film in a movie theater are other dimensions influencing the choice of a movie theater. Output optimization was performed by constructing a model on the impact of perceived service quality on ambiance and atmosphere in movie theaters. The ideal perceived service quality for maximum atmosphere and ambiance output was calculated. Then, using this data, desirability values for movie theaters in cities were calculated, creating a preference index. The results showed that high desirability was not dependent on the size of the cities. The Aegean Region had the highest desirability with 2.344, while the Black Sea Region had the lowest with 2.207.
