Abstract
In society, the instinct to eat one's own tissues is rare. However it is generally limited to reported cases concerning soft tissue. A patient who was admitted to our department had eaten the distal and middle phalangeal soft tissue along with bone tissue. Kendi organlarını yeme dürtüsü, toplumda oldukça nadir olmakla birlikte mevcut olan vakalarda da genellikle bu dürtü yumuşak doku ile sınırlı kalmaktadır. Kliniğimize tedavi amaçlı getirilen hastanın ise distal ve orta falanks yumuşak dokusu ile birlikte kemik dokusunu da yemiş olduğu görüldü.
