Open Access Statement
Bodrum Journal of Art and Design has adopted the publishing standards and policy set by DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) and it is an Open Access Journal. Open Access (OA) provides freely access the articles that published in the journal.
The definition of "Open Access" according to Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) which is: "it is free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself."

Copyright and Licensing Policy
Authors retain the copyright of their work published in the journal. They agree to publish their work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license permits users to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given and adaptations are shared under the same license.
Authors grant the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to process, reproduce, represent, print, publish, distribute, and communicate the work to the public, including via the internet.
