STATİK GERME EGZERSİZLERİNİN EGZERSİZE BAĞLI KAS AĞRISI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı akut submaksimal egzersiz uygulayan bireylerin ertelenmiş kas ağrısı üzerine germe egzersizi uygulamalarının etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya haftada 2 gün ortalama 60 dakika fiziksel aktivite yapan, yaşları 18-24 yaş arası 42 erkek spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencisi alındı. Gönüllülere rastgele yöntemiyle kontrol grubu (21 kişi) ve uygulama grubu (21 kişi ) olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Gönüllülerin egzersiz aletlerinde bir kerede kaldırabilecekleri ağırlık ağırlık ölçülüp (1 RM), bu değerin %80’i alındı. Sonrasında bir hafta boyunca çalışmanın koşullarını etkileyecek herhangi bir egzersiz yapmamaları sağlandı. Egzersizden hemen sonra kaslar için statik desteksiz germe egzersizi yaptırıldı. Kontrol ve uygulama gruplarına uygulanan antrenman sonrası, VAS skorları grup etkisi bağımsız düşünüldüğünde gruplar arasında anlamlı fark tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak ağırlık egzersizi sonrası germe egzersizi uygulamalarının ertelenmiş kas ağrısı üzerine olumlu etkileri tespit edilmiştir.
