Anal Kanserlere Genel Bakış

Abstract

Sindirim sisteminin bitişi olan anal bölge karmaşık bir anatomik düzene sahiptir. Anal bölgeyle ilgilenen cerrahların bu bölgenin anatomisi ve gerçekleşen anal kanser biçimleriyle ilgili en iyi şekilde bilgi sahibi olmaları gerekir. Anal kanserler nadir olsa da özellikle genç erkekler arasında yaygın olmaktadır. Anal kanser oranının artışının nedeni HPV artışı ve HIV enfeksiyonlu bireylerin yaşam oranlarının yüksekliğinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada anal kanserin hangi sebeplerle oluştuğu, oluşumunu nasıl tespit edildiği, anal kanserin hangi türlerinin olduğu, kaç evreye ayrıldığı ve evrelerinin makroskobik tanıları, tümörlerin yanı sıra ayrıca ne tür bulgular içerdiği ve kanserin tedavi süreçlerine değinilmiştir.

ANAL CANCER: AN OVERVİEW

Abstract

The anal region, which is the end of the digestive system, has a complex anatomical arrangement. Surgeons interested in the anal region need to have the best knowledge about the anatomy of this region and the types of anal cancer that occur. Although anal cancers are rare, they are common, especially among young men. The reason for the increase in the rate of anal cancer is due to the increase in HPV and the high survival rate of individuals with HIV infection. In this study, the reasons why anal cancer occurs, how its formation is detected, what types of anal cancer are, how many stages it is divided into, macroscopic diagnosis of its stages, what kind of findings it contains as well as tumors, and the treatment processes of cancer are discussed.
